We make every effort to ensure your items arrive at your door safely. Despite our best efforts, sometimes breakage does occur.
We require notification of defective, damaged or incorrect items within 1 week of delivery. You must email us at [email protected]to receive an RMA Number. We pay for all return shipping charges when you notify us within 1 week of delivery to you. We will ship you out a replacement item(s) or part (s) as needed at our discretion at no charge. However, if we do not receive the defective, damaged or incorrect item back from you within 2 weeks of you receiving the return instructions, we will charge your credit card for the purchase price of the replacement items we sent to you. All items must be received back from you in good condition and in the original packing materials. If you choose not to have the defective item replaced, then you will now fall under our return policy, please review the return policy above.
